Cancellation and Refunds
Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to 72 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations within 72 hours of check-in or in case of no-show will incur a charge of 100% of the booking amount.
Non-Refundable Bookings

Refund Process
Refunds for eligible cancellations will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days after cancellation confirmation. Please contact our reservation team for assistance with refund inquiries.
