Booking and Confirmation

All bookings are subject to availability. A valid ID or passport is required at check-in. Confirmation is sent via email upon successful reservation.

Payment

Full payment or a deposit may be required at the time of booking. Accepted payment methods include cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital wallets. Outstanding balances must be settled upon check-out.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellations made at least 72 hours prior to check-in are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows will be charged the full booking amount. Specific refund policies may apply to special offers or packages.

Check-In and Check-Out

Standard check-in time is 2:00 PM, and check-out time is 12:00 PM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees.

Guest Responsibilities

Guests are responsible for their personal belongings and any damage caused to hotel property during their stay. The hotel is not liable for lost or stolen items unless stored in the hotel safe.

Conduct and Safety

Unregistered visitors are not permitted in guest rooms after 10:00 PM. Smoking is prohibited in non-smoking areas. Pets are not allowed unless explicitly stated.

Changes to Services

The hotel reserves the right to modify, cancel or restrict services, amenities, or facilities without prior notice due to unforeseen circumstances or maintenance.

Liability

The hotel is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to persons or property unless caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct by hotel staff.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
